Your package will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days by the Colissimo postal service, to delivery address that you provided at the time of your order, from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 7 pm.
If a delivery notice is left, you can retrieve your order at the Post Office location listed on the slip. You must present a form of identification and the order confirmation email.
Standard Colissimo delivery to a pick-up point
Your package will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days by the Colissimo postal service, to the pick-up point that you provided at the time of your order, during business hours of this pick-up point.
You can track the delivery of your package using the Colissimo tracking number. You must present a form of identification and the order confirmation email.
Your package will be available for 7 days.
