Return and exchange

If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, and ask for an exchange or a full refund, providing they are in original resalable condition. The cost of the return is at the expense of the buyer. 

For an exchange, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, the cost of the new shipment will be offered, in either case, you can follow below process to make sure your return gets to us and is processed by our team.

How do I request and send my return? 

Please follow below instructions to make sure your return is well processed:


1/ Firstly, please log on to your account and click on "My Orders".


2/ Here, you will be able to see all orders made on the website as well as their status. You will also be able to select the order that contain the product(s) that you would like to return by clicking on the order reference (example: XQLKTCATN).

3/ Scroll down to the details of your order where you will be able to click and select the products that you would like to return. Please be careful and only select the product(s) concerned by your return if your order contained multiple products. 


4/ Please provide an explanation for the return that can help our team improve the service, then click on "Request a Return"

5/ Your request will be directly sent to the customer service, which will take care of it within 2 days, once your request is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming where to download your return slip with all information to send your return. The cost of the return is at the expense of the buyer.
