DELIVERY

• France:
  
  Your order will be delivered to your home by Colissimo from Monday to Saturday, within an average of 3 to 5 days, excluding public holidays.

• Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Italy, and Germany:
  
  Delivery by Colissimo within 3 to 5 business days, excluding public holidays.

• Europe and the rest of the world:

DHL STANDARD : 3 to 5 business days

DHL EXPRESS : Europe 2 to 3 business days / Rest of the world 3 to 6 business days.

During periods of high demand or in case of item unavailability, delivery times may be extended.

Delivery Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. You will also be notified by email or SMS with delivery details.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

For deliveries within France, shipping is free for orders over €350.

RETURN

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return and ship the return package. This process can be initiated from your customer account or by clicking here.

Any item returned outside this period or in an unsuitable condition for resale (damaged, used, stained, washed, or missing tags) will be sent back to the original delivery address.

Return Procedure

1. Visit the return portal via this link: https://www.officinegenerale.com/a/return
2. Enter your order number and email address, then click on "Find my order"
3. Select the item(s) to return and the reason for return to generate your return label
4. Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email
5. Print the label and attach it to your package
6. Drop off the package

In-Store Returns

Orders placed online and delivered to France, the United Kingdom, or the United States can be returned in-store in the same country as the delivery.

Please bring your original invoice or your return number when visiting the store.

The return period is 15 days from the date the return is dropped off.

Return Fees & Refund Timeframes

• Returns by post are free for orders placed in France
• For returns outside France, return shipping fees are calculated during the return request process and will be deducted from the refund
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after your return has been received and inspected
